We are currently seeking a Car Wash Specialist & Shuttle Driver to help uphold our standards by ensuring our vehicles are spotless and our clients experience seamless transport to and from the airport.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Car Wash Specialist & Shuttle Driver is integral to Simba Car Hire, responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles to the highest standard. Additionally, this role involves operating our shuttle bus, providing friendly and efficient transport services for our valued customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a driver’s license.
• Experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service experience: preferred
• Language: English (Required)
• License/Certification: Driver’s Licence (Required)

• Perform thorough exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, drying, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any damages or maintenance needs, promptly reporting issues to the team.
• Uphold safety and cleaning protocols to meet Simba Car Hire’s standards.
• Drive the shuttle bus, ensuring safe and timely airport transfers for clients.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle bus and report any service needs.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients, positively representing Simba Car Hire.
