• Own the Design Verification test Plan for all Singer programmes.
• Preparation and presentation of material on the Final Engineering Sign Off statud to support external and internal project status reviews.
• Overseeing whole vehicle testing financial budgets and test bookings
• Identify and implement best practice engineering processes, improving robustness in our engineering integrity
• Where required support test activity at test tracks and facilities in the UK and Europe
• Help define vehicle attribute targets through consultation with Chief Engineers and seniors within the business, assess target and benchmark vehicles where required
• If required deliver Vehicle Engineering Management responsibilities across smaller programmes
• Be responsible for the delivery of the engineering content for reduced scope programmes
• Work with the engineering commodity heads to ensure programmes are delivered on time and budget
• With the Programme Management team, own delivery for all projects in line with SCDP (Singer Creative Development Plan) and ensure the cascaded KPIs are on track
