WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Toyota’s Performance Analysis and Evaluation Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Vehicle Environment Technician.
The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct vehicle environmental evaluations.
Reporting to a Technician Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Performance Analysis and Evaluation department’s objective’s to safely, accurately collect and report data to support vehicle development for North American Customers.

• Support evaluation planning, vehicle component retrofit, and vehicle environmental on-road and off-road evaluations.
• Execute component level evaluations (fatigue and deformation) using robots.
• Complete component verifications, modifications, and mockups.
• Collect evaluation data using data acquisition equipment.
• Confirm accuracy of data collected during evaluation process.
• Strongly support Toyota Safety processes, kaizen, and 5S.
