Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Vehicle Graphics Designer to join our team. This role goes beyond standard graphic design—you’ll specialize in designing high-impact vehicle wraps and graphics that align perfectly with each vehicle’s unique body lines and proportions. Your work will turn concepts into precise, production-ready designs that look incredible in real life, not just on screen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually striking wrap and decal designs tailored to commercial vehicles, fleets, and specialty projects.
• Ensure designs match vehicle body lines, curves, and panel breaks for seamless installation.
• Confirm correct sizing and scale for every project using provided measurements, templates, or physical vehicle verification.
• Prepare production-ready files, including panel layouts, print files, and cut paths.
• Collaborate with installers and production staff to address design-to-install challenges.
• Apply branding guidelines and maintain color accuracy across all projects.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills and a solid portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required).
• Attention to detail and the ability to think in three dimensions when designing for real-world surfaces.
• Comfortable with file setup for print, scaling, and color management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with vehicle wraps, large-format design, or signage.
• Familiarity with 3M, Avery, or similar wrap materials.
• Comfortable measuring vehicles or working from templates to ensure fit and proportion
