ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Vehicle Hire Administrator to take the wheel of our booking operations and make sure our fleet runs like clockwork. From liaising with clients to supporting internal teams, your role is all about keeping things moving smoothly — and making a great impression while you’re at it.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage end-to-end vehicle hire bookings, including off-hiring, on our internal systems
  • Provide crucial administrative support to branch leaders and central reservations
  • Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for hire, meeting deadlines and demand
  • Review current hires and update clients about hire extensions or terminations — both company and external
  • Respond to phone and email queries efficiently with professionalism and care
  • Maintain and update accurate digital records and documentation
  • Run and interpret daily hire and operational reports
  • Process invoices promptly to support internal financial workflows
  • Assist with driver route planning and help optimise daily logistics
  • Be comfortable working independently — you may at times be in the workplace alone
