Rewards for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer 20.00 per hour Monday - Friday 8-5 Full benefits Matching 401(k) Paid holidays Paid time off Career growth potential Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Complete accurate condition reports and post-sale inspections while meeting client and auction standards. Inspect vehicles cosmetically and mechanically, including frame and flood checks. Record mileage, options, damages, photos, and mechanical status accurately in the system. Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality and compliance standards. Assist with PSI, arbitration, registration, and sale day operations as needed. Ensure vehicle information, trim codes, auction tags, and tablet syncing are properly managed. Complete 20–30 condition reports daily (excluding sale days). Communicate operational issues promptly and work effectively both independently and within a team. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Computer and light mechanical experience Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined Highly customer service orientated Computer proficient Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver’s license.
