SIGN ON BONUS- $750 Bonus Terms: Associates must be actively employed at the time of the payout Bonus will be paid ½ at 30 days of employment and ½ at 90 days of employment Rewards for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer 20.00 - 25.00 per hour Monday - Friday Full benefits Matching 401(k) Paid holidays Paid time off Career growth potential Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports. Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using guidelines and industry standards provided. Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements. Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed. Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes. Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily Perform other duties as necessary. Requirements Ability to work outside during all weather conditions. Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs. without difficulty. Regular and consistent availability and attendance. Must be at least 21 years of age.
