In a nutshell Toyota Motor Europe is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Market Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries across European markets. Acting as the main contact for assigned markets, you’ll oversee lead times, resolve delivery issues, coordinate vehicle launches, and align accessory requirements. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time retailer delivery. Ideal candidates have project management experience, strong analytical skills (Excel; Power BI a plus), a customer-focused mindset, and fluency in English. Your team and your responsibilities Your team and your responsibilities Team/division description The Vehicle Production Engineering (VPE) Division supports the introduction of new vehicle models into Toyota’s European manufacturing plants.Within VPE, the Assembly Department leads development activities such as: New vehicle planning Design for manufacture Production line set-up Introduction of tooling and equipment for mass production Your project SharePoint database creation for visualisation and tracking of project status and key information. VR utilisation during vehicle digital assembly. Your Profile Interest in vehicle manufacturing and digital assembly simulation Skill in 3D software, such as XVL or Catia. MS Office and SharePoint experience. Full proficiency in English, with good communication and problem-solving skills. Starting date: 1st April 2026 Duration: 6 months Confidentiality Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report.
