We are currently looking for an experienced & qualified mechanic to join our busy used vehicle dealership, based in Hawick.
The successful candidate will work alongside our current team of 3 technicians in a friendly, welcoming & supportive environment. As part of the retail service team, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, general maintenance and repairs.

• A full, clean UK driving licence
  Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time 8.00am to 5.00pm Mon-Fri.
  Salary: Up to £37,500 p/a DOE

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to a high standards
• Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment
• Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects
• Road testing vehicles to check repairs
• Following checklists to ensure all procedures are completed
• Completing all documentation to the required standard
