Vehicle Mechanic Hughes Brothers Construction is now hiring! We are a heavy civil contractor specializing in large site infrastructure, underground utilities and roadway construction throughout Central Florida. Vehicle Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on company cars and trucks. This position will be diagnosing automotive issues, determining the best solution and making all necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are running properly. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles operational, clean and safe. Exercise judgement in inspecting for and resolving mechanical issues. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Keep the work area safe and clean.
