QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a qualified mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOT preparations (MOT tester status is a bonus).
• Provide expert advice on repair options, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Assist in developing and refining workshop processes to strengthen business operations.
• Work proactively to enhance the reputation of the garage and build strong customer relationships.
• Operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and garage software efficiently.
