Description We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is looking for a part-time job with a flexible schedule to fill our Vehicle Operations Attendant position. This is an entry level position and a great start to get your foot in the automotive industry! The Vehicle Operations Attendant is responsible for managing and maintaining the dealership’s vehicle and/or parts inventory. This role ensures accurate tracking, timely ordering, and proper organization of stock to support sales, service, and parts operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, track, and maintain accurate vehicle and/or parts inventory levels. Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to forecast inventory needs. Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting new inventory arrivals. Update inventory management systems to reflect current stock, incoming vehicles/parts, and any discrepancies. Prepare regular inventory reports for management, including turnover, aging, and stock analysis. Assist with vehicle allocations, transfers, and lot organization. Support audits and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies. Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed for orders, returns, or corrections. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines. Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework a plus. Previous experience in inventory management, automotive dealership operations, or retail preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
