Position: Vehicle Ordering Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes (MK5 8HL)
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday. Day time hours
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience within an Administration/Data/Reporting role is essential.
  • Proven track record in a customer service environment
  • Automotive Industry experience or knowledge would be desirable, but not essential
  • Able to conduct data cleanses and report running for the stakeholders and customer
  • IT literate and able to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong communicator at various levels - Verbal & written
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with other departments on site
  • Keen eye to detail
Responsibilities
  • Work in a team of administrators to support the VWG press accounts and the brand aligned specialists across a number of operational and administrate tasks
  • Liaising with the workshop and Bodyshop to understand workload and highlighting any short turnaround vehicles
  • General office administration tasks, such as answering the phones, copying & scanning documents and processing of expenses
  • Ensuring all PCN’s and road tolls are paid in a timely manner whilst following each brands guidelines for processing these charges and ensuring receipts are sent to the specialists for invoice verification
  • Assisting specialists with any data cleansing requirements on all systems
  • Running de-fleet reports in accordance to each brands requirements and frequency required
  • Ensuring all work has been closed down on the daily list vehicles, whilst updating the specialists on any vehicle problems
  • Processing of V5’s, scanning and saving for record
