We are looking for a Vehicle Patrol Field Supervisors to manage and oversee the performance and activities of the security personnel in the area of Los Angeles County, Ca. Responsibilities and duties: * Supervise Security Officers as assigned; ensures security officers provide high-quality services to protect people and property and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner. * Perform, as necessary, all duties required of Security Officers. * Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. * Conduct Supervisory visits to multiple locations. * Train and mentor security staff. * Operate any company vehicle, professionally and lawfully while on duty. * Patrol and monitor a given locations, such as a job or construction site, residential properties etc. and report any suspicious activity to the police or law enforcement. * Prepares logs or reports as required for patrol route; writes and / or types reports. * Checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons; inspects buildings, grounds and security devices * Assists as needed with the client’s concerns. * Must maintain satisfactory attendance, punctuality, and performance. Requirements * A minimum of 4-year experience as field supervisor or security related field * Experience as a vehicle patrol officer * Must have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology * Ability to utilize multiple types of applications platforms * Be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting * Must have a valid BSIS California Guard Card * Valid Driver's License * Must Provide K4 Driving Record Job Type: Full-time
