As the first and last point of contact for vehicles entering and exiting the auction, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, all while delivering excellent customer service and safeguarding consignor assets. What You’ll Do: Accurately check vehicles in and out using a handheld scanner Verify VIN numbers and complete vehicle inspections Secure inoperable vehicles and assist with lot organization Authorize gate passes and ensure proper vehicle release Walk the lot, provide lot security, and support sales operations Provide top-notch customer service to dealers, transporters, and team members Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities

The Vehicle Processor manages the entry and exit of vehicles at the auction site using handheld scanners and verifying VINs. They are also responsible for lot organization, vehicle security, and providing customer service to dealers and transporters.
