The Process Modelling Coordinator will be serving as the critical link between our client’s internal teams and manufacturing partners. In this role, you’ll drive the execution of truck builds from early prototypes through production ramp-up, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for vehicle builds at the manufacturing site, from prototype through production launch.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure schedules, resources, and parts align with program goals.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep programs on track.
  • Serve as the on-site liaison between the client’s off-site teams and manufacturing personnel to quickly resolve bottlenecks.
  • Drive accountability through daily standups, weekly syncs, and cross-functional reporting.
  • Track and report on key KPIs, including production readiness, component availability, and quality checkpoints.
  • Prepare and deliver program updates for leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Support build events, validation activities, and logistics planning related to production readiness.
