-Proven experience managing complex meeting logistics and driving follow-through in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
-Familiarity with vehicle/product development processes, hardware/software integration, Issue resolution and change management, is a strong plus.
Own the planning, setup, and facilitation of recurring and ad-hoc VPM meetings (including vehicle program meetings, milestone checkpoints, readiness assessments, and daily standups).
Draft agendas, send calendar invites, coordinate meeting logistics, and proactively gather necessary pre-read materials or questions.
Perform ticket hygiene checks across Jira/Confluence (or other tools) to ensure data and content meet expectations ahead of meetings.
Capture and circulate meeting notes, action items, decisions, and unresolved issues.
Track follow-ups to closure and serve as a liaison to ensure alignment between meeting participants and downstream stakeholders.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or blockers in current operational processes and help develop lightweight solutions or workflows to address them.
