We’re looking for a Vehicle Registration Staff to join our team and handle the vehicle and inventory control in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What You Will Do: • Responsible for maintaining proper working handhelds/devices at front gate. • Greets customers and maintains excellent customer service. • Strong attention to detail when entering in seller/vehicle information into inventory system • Ensure that all vehicles scheduled for sale are registered and that the proper stickers are in place. • Ensure all window markings are correct (year, lot #, mileage, dealer code, etc.). • Review paperwork and exit vehicles in the system when customers are departing from the sale. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. • 1 to 3 years of previous Auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred. • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. • Basic computer skills required. • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. • Ability to work in all weather conditions: snow, ice, rain, heat, etc. • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
