Job Description We are looking for a Vehicle Safety Performance Integration Engineer to lead safety performance development and validation activities, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence for our products. Key Responsibilities Translate and cascade vehicle-level safety requirements into detailed component-level specifications to ensure consistent compliance across all subsystems. Develop and deliver practical, timely technical solutions that align with Vehicle Technical Specifications (VTS) and meet defined safety performance targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define actionable plans that ensure delivery of targeted vehicle performance outcomes. Collaborate effectively with global teams in a cross-functional, multicultural environment to drive alignment and achieve shared engineering objectives. Develop, execute, and document detailed test plans and schedules to support validation activities. Contribute to hardware-based test reduction initiatives and drive the implementation of the Road‑Lab‑Math (RLM) strategy to optimize validation processes. Review program and process results; analyze and interpret test data, identifying and resolving anomalies to maintain accuracy and reliability. Prepare comprehensive formal technical test reports and provide support for vehicle validation and type approval activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Present clear, well-structured action plans and strategic recommendations to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and alignment with organizational objectives. Required Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Active CREA. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Basic knowledge of Automotive Passive Safety Performance development. Proficiency in evaluating test results (CAE and physical). Knowledge of statistical and optimization tools and techniques.
