Vehicle Sales Administrator
RN Golden is an Hyundai & Isuzu dealership, based at Lepton, Huddersfield, who have over 50 years’ experience of delivering exceptional customer service and commercial performances for our franchised partners.
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator who can ‘hit the ground running’ to support the sales department operations. Reporting directly to the Hyundai Sales Manager, you must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
As sales administrator you will be working within an established team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks. You should be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, and whilst preferably you will be familiar with the Navigator system full training of bespoke systems will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties will include but not limited to;
· Ordering of customer sold vehicles and stock vehicles.
· Registration of vehicles with government agencies and other associated mandatory and legislative requirements.
· Working with Sales Management to ensure efficient and robust stock management controls are in place.
· Invoicing of vehicles and other goods ensuring accuracy of detail to ensure efficient cash flow within the business
· Submitting and checking bonus claim submissions for vehicle sales
· Managing vehicle stock funding.
· Supporting management and sales team to ensure all vehicles supplied are done so in a compliant and efficient manner.
· Assisting with answering calls from a busy switchboard
· Scanning and archiving of documents
· Updating systems and spreadsheets
· Filing and safe storage of documents
· Checking orders and credits
· Ad-hoc tasks as required
