QUALIFICATIONS:

- - Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections.
- - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
- - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

- - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- - Showcase the features and benefits of Nissan vehicles, highlighting their quality, performance, and safety.
- - Conduct test drives and effectively demonstrate the capabilities of different Nissan models.
- - Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and incentives to help customers make informed decisions.
- - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- - Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and secure sales.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position Nissan vehicles in the market.
- - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently to facilitate the sales process.
