Salary: £34,000- £38,000
Holt Recruitment are assisting an independent repair specialist, dealing with everything mechanical in the light vehicle / commercial / marine sector in their search for an experienced Technician in the Portsmouth Area
This is a one-of-a-kind vacancy that will suit someone with a near-religious belief on quality and first time fix, worlds away from the pressures of Main Dealerships. This is a real chance to provide an authentic service for their discerning / car obsessed customers.

Depending on your expertise you’ll be looking up to £34,000 flat basic, with no targets / bonus-related rewards. You’re paid dependably, without any of the up’s and downs of Dealership bonus schemes.

• Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm only
• Paying up to £34,000 flat basic with no targets or clocking onto job
• Diesel specialist that also repair motors in the marine sector; lots of diversity in the job role and a very laid back feel for the business.

Requirements for Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Mechanic / Car Mechanic

• City and Guilds level 3 (level 2 considered)
• Full qualified vehicle Technician
• Must have own tools
• Full Driving license

Openings within this workshop are almost inconceivable and I expect the role to be filled by the end of the week. Granted, the business has a fantastic reputation for their expertise and their Technicians stay for the long term.
