Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled MOT Tester/ Vehicle Technician to join our team at our automotive service centre in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be familiar with power tools, hand tools, and capable of heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests on vehicles in compliance with DVSA standards
• Identify vehicle defects and inform customers of required repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
• Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation
• Ensure the workshop is kept clean and organised
  

  Experience

Required Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools

• Ability to perform heavy lifting

  Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience as an MOT Tester or in a similar role

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
