Salary: £36,000.00 - £42,000.00 per year plus overtime

Key Responsibilities

AS A VEHICLE TECHNICIAN, YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Carrying out inspections to DVSA standards
Performing general service, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults using both general and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools
Attending occasional offsite jobs for diagnostics, inspections, and minor repairs
Ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping at all times
What We’re Looking For

TO SUCCEED IN THIS VEHICLE TECHNICIAN ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
At least 2 years of relevant mechanical experience
A full UK driving licence (required)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Good communication and IT skills for workshop systems
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and keep up with changing vehicle technologies
