SALARY

• Basic Salary of £26,000 - £33,000
• Plus Bonus opportunity of £4,000–£9,000, Paid monthly
• Giving OTE of £35,000 - £40,000

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Vehicle Technician : 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Qualifications (required)
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Qualifications (preferred)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Vehicle Technician at Swansway Motor Group, you will be pivotal in maintaining high standards for vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine service works and pre-delivery inspections in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborating with the Workshop Controller to systematically work through assigned tasks.
• Communicating effectively with the front of house Service Advisor team to notify customers of any additional necessary repairs.
• Utilising diagnostic equipment to check service quality and perform road tests.
• Accurately completing all relevant service documentation and job cards, adhering to dealership and warranty requirements.
