SALARY

• Basic salary up to £40,000 (based on your level & experience)
• Plus a Generous & Achievable Bonus Structure
• Giving OTE between £32,000 - £46,000 per year

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry,
• MOT Testing qualification (an advantage)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential

THE ROLE WITH INCLUDE:

• Car repairs and servicing
• Diagnostics
• MOT testing if qualified
• Highlighting up-selling opportunities
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Working alongside a team
