Description

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (DOE)
On-Target Earnings: Up to £55,000 with performance bonuses
We are a long-established, industry-leading specialist in OEM in-car upgrades and infotainment repairs for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Porsche vehicles. Our work is carried out to factory specifications using the latest diagnostic tools, and our reputation is built on precision, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for an experienced Volkswagen Group technician to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding position - one day you could be fitting a reversing camera at a main dealer, the next diagnosing a complex infotainment fault in our fully equipped workshop.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Volkswagen Group vehicles (VW, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Porsche)
  • Proficient with ODIS diagnostic software and familiar with VAG repair procedures
  • Strong knowledge of automotive electronics and electrical systems
  • Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points)
  • Able to work independently and maintain high quality standards
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
