What we offer: Pay: $16-$20/hour Guaranteed Audi Training and any tools needed to make your job a better experience for you and the clients 5-day work week - Closed on Sundays Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance $25K employer paid life insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Employee Assistance Program Employee Assistance Fund Flexible Scheduling Corporate Chaplain Paid Vacation and Personal Leave Career advancement opportunities A positive and professional work environment Responsibilities - Vehicle Technology Specialist: Explain and demonstrate vehicle features (Bluetooth, apps, driver-assist) with customers after the purchase of their vehicle Troubleshoot and resolve customer tech issues, answering questions about vehicle systems Demonstrate dedication to exceeding customer expectations Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer Maintain 100% Audi Certification Go over Audi Survey with customers, as well as follow up on existing surveys Conducts new hire product training videos and walk through training for new technology Ensure that the guest area is tidy each day and guest snacks are refilled throughout the day Requirements Requirements - Vehicle Technology Specialist: Previous Auto Sales experience is not required, but a plus Customer service excellence is required Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills Ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms.
