Duties

• Configuration, troubleshooting and repairs of tracking units
• Configuration, troubleshooting and repairs of dash cameras
• Setting up of clients platforms, reports and email alerts
• Investigate missing or inaccurate data from tracking devices
• Investigate missing or inaccurate data from dash cameras
• Investigate reasons why tracking units or dash cameras are not reporting to the server
• Providing training on the software platforms for clients and internal staff
• Enabling, configuration and testing of panics, immobilizers, canbus and wireless sensors
• Developing API’s and SDK’s for clients external programs
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs or performance issues.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

• Vast knowledge on API’s and SDK’s (Required)
• Vast knowledge on Wialon Platform and Apps (Required)
• Vast knowledge on Teltonika Products (Required)
• Vast knowledge on Calamp and Gosafe Products
• Vast knowledge on Canbus (Required)
• Vast knowledge on Dash Cameras (Required)
• Vast knowledge of Listner
