Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Clutch is looking for a Vehicle Valuation Specialist to join our Marketplace Supply (a.k.a Sell-to-Clutch) team! We are looking for individuals with a great passion for cars!
In this position, you will be working closely with the team to grow and scale our inventory across Canada by implementing cost and pricing frameworks and enhancing purchasing decisions. This role will allow you to help drive the business forward using your detail-oriented skills, out-of-the-box thinking, get-stuff-done mentality, and commitment to winning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Appraise customer inbound vehicles across multiple markets using retail and auction data
  • Determine retail pricing for newly acquired vehicles or identify those that do not meet our standards and send them to auction
  • Review Carfax reports and apply accurate adjustments based on accident history, title status, and mileage discrepancies
  • Identify and price damages for vehicles in real time as they are acquired according to our production standards
  • Assist with projects to organize and refine vehicle data in our internal database.
