JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To work in the gelato laboratory in Sydney (i.e. Making traditional authentic Gelato) and responsible of Gelato production
• To prepare of ordering, purchasing, preparation of ingredient and stock inventory of Gelato ingredients
• General cleaning and handling duties involved in working in food safety, hygiene and high-quality food production environment
• To operate equipment and machinery used in the chocolate making process
• To assist in events preparation, setup and Chocolate serving
• Be ambassador to serve and greet customer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in making and serving Gelato; Work experience in kitchen or service industry will be a plus
• Mature, responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Basic computers knowledge- words, excel and outlook
  Job Types: Part-time, Casual
  Pay: $27.50 – $65.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
