In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the sales of laboratory equipment and furniture solutions. You will interface directly with clients and coordinate internally to ensure the seamless execution of projects. This position allows you to leverage your expertise in biotechnology and customer service to help our clients achieve their goals while improving our market share. Join us in supporting groundbreaking scientific advancements with innovative solutions. \n Accountabilities Act as the main interface between clients, internal services, and partner suppliers to deliver comprehensive project support. Design and define laboratory furniture arrangements according to client specifications. Provide advisory support to clients to encourage upselling of both equipment and associated services. Assist the Market team in responding to major national and European tenders for equipment. Proactively engage with project stakeholders to secure positioning before competitors enter the market. Maintain continuous competitive intelligence. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the equipment product range and identify new opportunities. Requirements Minimum of a Bac + 2 in biotechnology or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Strong customer service orientation and a passion for challenges. Proficient in computer tools, especially Excel. Experience in laboratory furniture sales or space planning. Team player with the ability to advise and persuade a qualified clientele.
