Company Description Searcys are looking for Vending Assistant to join the team at one of our City Based venues. As a Vending Assistant , you will be responsible for the daily replenishment and maintenance of coffee stations across all floors, maintaining adequate inventory levels to provide a well-equipped and organised refreshment service for employees and visitors. Job Type: Full Time 40 hours contract Salary: £14.80 hourly Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Daily replenishment of coffee stations, including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups, stirrers, and related supplies. Refill and maintain soft drink fridges, ensuring stock is rotated, in date, clean, and well-presented. Monitor and replenish vending machines; track stock levels and notify the Manager when reordering is required. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct weekly/monthly stock takes, check expiry dates, and distribute daily stock. Ensure kitchens, fridges, and vending machines are clean, stocked, and operational. Carry out weekly deep cleaning of all kitchen areas and vending equipment, including washing machine filters and trays. Report equipment faults or maintenance issues to the Facilities team.
