Description:

Cema Vending is seeking an experienced Coffee or vending Engineer to join our Service Team to cover the East Midlands area. Experience of vending machines free standing and table-top coffee machines ie: WESTOMATIC, CRANE, and COFFETEK, and a full clean UK Driving Licence would be an advantage. Good Customer service skills are essential as a key part of the role involves providing a first class maintenance service for customers throughout Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. working in conjunction with our office-based service support and reporting to the Service Manager. The role is fully field based, working from home with weekly scheduled visits to our Head Office in Nottingham. Working hours are 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday. As a field based role the working hours are based upon the needs of the business and are flexible. Additional hours maybe required due to business demands. Salary is negotiable depending on experience

You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of our vending machines based within the East Midlands area along with the following;

  • Install, commission and set up Coffee and vending machine equipment
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
  • Attend re-active break down and repair call outs
  • Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
  • Management and monthly stock takes of spare parts stock holding on your Service Van
  • To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required)
  • To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • Communicate with the Service Desk on ensuring the completion of calls and update the in house system working towards a first-time resolution
  • Support with site surveys and machine installations when applicable
  • Be smart and presentable at all times with a flexible approach to work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
