The Vendor Maintenance/T&E Management Specialist will be responsible for creation and maintenance of vendor records in company’s ERP system in accordance with company policies. The position will also be responsible for administering the company’s corporate and P-card programs as well as the company’s T&E program and Concur system.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND INCLUDE:

• Must possess an AA degree in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3 - 5 years of Accounts Payable and Travel & Entertainment program experience.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple concurrent and diversified tasks, while working with deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Advanced MS Excel a plus.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
• Comfortable with advanced ERP systems such as Oracle
