ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join us as a Vendor Business Manager for Industry Solutions, a business unit within Ingram Micro Australia, that specialises in purposed based IT solutions for Industry applications, such as Retail, Hospitality, Warehousing, Logistics, and Health Care.
The Vendor Business Manager is responsible for profitability as well as driving strategic direction by working closely with our vendor partners and Internal sales teams. The Vendor Business Manager work as liaison between vendors and Ingram Micro; provides specialized consultative service and implementing, driving and maintaining vendor programs, marketing, and training; review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and communicate with vendors regarding day-to-day matters; build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor vendor performance; research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
