Vendor Claims Analyst (Junior) Resumen del Rol: Desempeñará un papel clave en la gestión de reclamaciones de proveedores, conciliaciones contables, revisión de actividades de marketing, protección de precios y descuentos de proveedores. El puesto implica identificar, investigar y resolver incidencias para minimizar riesgos y maximizar beneficios. Colaborará estrechamente con socios y proveedores para garantizar la presentación de reclamaciones financieras precisas, resolver discrepancias y optimizar la rentabilidad. Si es detallista, analítico y se desenvuelve bien en un entorno dinámico, este puesto es para usted. Responsabilidades Principales Realizar procesos y transacciones contables diarios y mensuales. Revisar y verificar fondos recibidos para asignarlos correctamente a las cuentas contables. Preparar y presentar reclamaciones financieras (precios especiales, marketing, descuentos, etc.) a los proveedores según formato y plazos requeridos. Revisar y validar información para asegurar que coincida con los registros contables. Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas contables en cierres mensuales. Generar reportes de las cuentas asignadas. Investigar y resolver problemas y denegaciones de reclamaciones recibidas de proveedores. Negociar con proveedores para lograr resultados positivos en las reclamaciones, evitando pérdidas financieras por retrasos. Escalar problemas a la dirección de forma oportuna. Comprender de forma general el negocio más allá de Reclamaciones de Proveedores y Operaciones. Experiencia y Competencias Nivel: Junior (+1 año de experiencia relevante). Formación: Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Administración (titulado o estudiante con disponibilidad de tiempo). Excel: Manejo básico/intermedio (sumas, restas, copiar/pegar, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas simples). Capacidad para manejar datos contables con precisión. Organización y administración del tiempo. Atención al detalle y capacidad de análisis. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos ajustados. Comunicación abierta y proactiva para expresar dudas o inconformidades. Autonomía para trabajar sin supervisión local directa. Capacidad para adaptarse a trabajar en días feriados y horas extra en cierres mensuales.
