Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in strengthening our vendor governance and risk management oversight as we expand. You will be instrumental in driving improvements in vendor relationships, compliance, and performance, partnering closely with business leaders to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives. We will count on you to: Act as a trusted advisor supporting business owners with compliance and vendor management frameworks, including new vendor onboarding, benchmarking criteria, and risk assessment. Analyze vendor related risks and contract details to provide ongoing oversight and governance in partnership with the business. Identify and report areas for improvement within vendor agreements, relationships, and performance. Assist in creating and tracking department KPIs related to savings, business partner satisfaction, and core objectives. Develop and maintain process standards and thoroughly documented procedures, working to and reporting service level metrics. What you need to have: Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects in matrix organization. Experience in vendor management, governance or related risk-based activities. Be a critical thinker, be able to work independently and with a solution driven mindset. excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with business partners at a senior level. Proficiency in English What makes you stand out: Formal project management experience. Experience with using vendor or contract management software. Familiarity with information security and audit standards. Proficiency in additional European languages.
