Core Responsibilities: Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships, act as the main point of contact, and facilitate communication. Contract & Procurement Oversight: Negotiate agreements, track renewals/expirations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews and audits using KPIs and SLAs to evaluate vendor effectiveness. Risk Management: Identify potential issues (e.g., contract expiry, delivery delays, compliance gaps) and develop mitigation strategies. Financial Management: Review invoices, reconcile purchase orders, and monitor budgets for cost efficiency. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare dashboards and reports, maintain accurate records, and provide insights for leadership. Process Improvement: Recommend strategies to streamline procurement and vendor processes, leveraging systems and analytics.
