Gallagher is seeking a Vendor Management & Procurement Operations Analyst to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you’ll oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, and procurement operations across Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil. Your work will ensure vendors meet regulatory standards, procurement workflows run smoothly, and cross-functional teams collaborate effectively. How you'll make an impact Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding across LATAM, including collection and validation of all required documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records within ERP and workflow systems. Ensure vendors meet internal compliance standards, including tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to company policies. Support procurement workflows, ensuring vendor readiness for purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Act as a trusted liaison between Procurement, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues. Drive process improvements and standardization across LATAM, contributing to audit readiness and governance initiatives. About you You have 3–5+ years of experience in vendor management and procurement operations, with hands-on expertise in vendor onboarding and procurement workflows. You’re proficient in ERP systems like JDE, SAP, or Oracle, and comfortable navigating compliance-driven environments. You excel at managing priorities across regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving problems proactively. You’re fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred. You bring integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance and controls to everything you do.
