We’re hiring a Senior Coordinator to help secure excellent fields, courts, stadiums, hotels, and transportation for our ID Camps, All State Games, and All American international trips, and to keep every moving piece organized, on-time, and on-budget.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Senior Coordinator (Venues & Vendor Management), you’ll execute the day-to-day work that turns plans into reality: venue research and holds, RFPs and quotes, COIs and contract admin, hotel blocks and rooming lists, bus/shuttle routes, manifests, confirmations, and post-event reconciliations. You’ll partner closely with Event Execution, Marketing, and Tech , and you’ll be the operational backbone that makes vendor relationships reliable and scalable.

• Location: Chicago hybrid preferred; remote considered with periodic travel
• Authority: Prepares and recommends spend; routes for manager approval within budget bands
