In your role as Vendor Manager (m/f/d) you will help Flink continue to revolutionize how people shop by ensuring we have the most attractive product offering.

Job Description

  • Manage vendor relationships including negotiations and the execution of joint business plans
  • Data-driven decision-making and staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce developments
  • Consumer-centricity thinking from selection to how to present and activate the assortment on Flink channels
  • Oversee the onboarding of new brands and vendors, from initial contact and negotiation to product listing, sales, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Close cooperation with other teams, such as Retail Media, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Hub operations to ensure growth including executing project plans
  • Building the company further by identifying potential areas for optimization and revenue streams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Key Account or Partnership Manager within the e-commerce or grocery industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a similar field
  • Demonstrable experience in making pragmatic decisions to achieve business incomes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate and hands-on
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Working proficiency (C1) in both English and German
