Responsibilities
  • Serve as Technical expert to Trial Operations for vendor selection, budget and timeline estimates supporting (Central labs, Cloud-based interactive response technology (IRT) and electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA), Imaging, ECG, Spirometry, Home Nursing, etc.).
  • First line of contact for all vendor escalation matters; working closely with PMs and Vendor Excellence group.
  • Translate the protocol requirements into vendor technical specifications; liaise / initiate with procurement the vendor proposal, budget and contract and provide recommendations to finalize vendor selection.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendor issues escalation. Track corrective actions in relation to issues and audit findings.
  • Initiate / Draft contracts with support from legal and procurement and support execution on-time.
  • Provide support on all invoice and payment matters, working directly with vendors and our in-house team to resolve outstanding escalations.
  • Collaboration with support functions (Trial Operations, Clinical Study Unity (CSU), Legal, Procurement, and Finance).
