Job Description Job Description Support restaurants in smooth daily operations by resolving operational issues. Assist restaurants in improving performance and growing on the platform. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and act as a key point of contact. Proactively engage vendors to stay online and onboard into relevant packages. Handle urgent requests efficiently and meet strict deadlines. Prepare and share daily activity and performance reports with management. Perform additional tasks assigned by management to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of vendors. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
Responsibilities
