Process Optimization & Change Management: assist in Supply Chain transformation initiatives by mapping End-to-End Purchase Order flows and Invoice Verification processes. Champion change management efforts to ensure new processes are adopted effectively across cross-functional teams. Workstream Coordination: maintain the Inbound Logistics Performance Excellence Project Management environment and coordinate multiple topics in parallel under time pressure, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners. Our requirements: Experience: 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics Project Management, or Inbound Performance Management. Experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment is highly desired. Methodologies: required experience with Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
