Job Summary Reporting to the Vendor Operations Manager or Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the performance of Service Fulfillment functions as well as the standard day-to-day maintenance of Waste Management & third-party vendor relations.  II.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.    * Execute “One Off” Temporary and Permanent delivery requests including cost, availability, price, and approval steps as needed * Execute “One Off” Service Change requests including cost, availability, price, and approval steps as needed * Accurately perform set-up activities in SFDC, Acorn & MAS * Ensure documentation is managed properly and follow-up with vendors and locations to confirm schedule and actual completion of requests, when necessary * Perform assigned day-to-day issues / tasks related to the Vendor contracts and works with internal and external partners to resolve basic issues ensuring department SLAs are met.  * Support internal team and external vendors with on-boarding process of all new vendors. * Responsible for obtaining quotes, negotiating and/or procuring all service costs for all materials assigned and securing proper evidence for bulk procurement projects with both Waste Management Market areas and all Third-Party vendors for open and/or closed market entities. * Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with WM customers and vendor partners to resolve simple issues effecting service and operations. * Project based work with detailed instructions and timelines as assigned  III.  Supervisory Responsibilities * This job has no supervisory duties. A.  Education and Experience Education:  Required: High school diploma or G.E.D.  Preferred: Associate Degree or above Experience:  Required: 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement) Preferred: 1+ years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)   B.  Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required.   C.
