Vendor Relations Coordinator – Retail Operations
Do you have a passion for building meaningful relationships?
As a vendor relations coordinator, you’ll implement labor programs and events while acting as a subject matter expert for all program offerings. You’ll help maximize customer experience in our stores by working with all internal stakeholders.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

• Provide ongoing support to merchants and Best Buy partners regarding program implementation and understanding
• Delivers continuous support to CSG, vendors, and labor providers to maximize the effectiveness of vendor labor investments while ensuring all vendors complete mandatory Best Buy training
• Administers the distribution and implementation of materials, uniforms, signage, and collateral to support vendor partnerships
• Manages active vendor labor records and oversees authorization processes to ensure only approved vendors operate in Best Buy stores
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all required attendees are signed up while supporting with event logistic questions
• Manages key vendor programs and partnerships, keeps consistent liaison with labor providers, verifies funding collection, and ensures timely vendor payments.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years Retail Experience
• 1-3 years Best Buy Retail Operations Experience preferred
• High school diploma

Annualized base pay range
$58,000.00 - $62,000.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
