We are building a vendor relations team as part of the newly created Central Capabilities function in Global Business Services (GBS). The vendor relations lead ensures vendors consistently meet expectations by tracking delivery performance, facilitating vendor governance forums, and advancing our vendor capability development to strengthen long-term value delivery. In this role, you will: Monitor Vendor Delivery Performance against established SLAs and KPIs, ensuring accountability and transparency. Leads vendor governance forums to review performance, escalate issues and agree on corrective actions. Cross- Functional partnership to identify opportunities for vendor-led innovation and process improvement. Sustain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery of business unit priorities. Leads Development and Implementation of programs that identify specific enhancements to the key vendor portfolio, resulting in quantifiable performance improvements.
