About This Role: As a Vendor Risk Management Intern, you will be an integral part of the VRM-Procurement department, playing a crucial role in supporting business partners globally in the suppliers' onboarding and risk assessment processes. This internship offers you a unique opportunity to gain professional experience across Procurement, Vendor Management, and Risk Management activities. You will learn to navigate the ServiceNow case/ticket management tool and the Aravo tool, enhancing your capabilities in onboarding and risk processes. Additionally, you'll refine your skills using Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Word. The dynamic nature of the department will enable you to engage in a 1st line customer service role, providing valuable experience that will be instrumental in your career development. What You’ll Do: Provide answers and solutions to Aravo users via ServiceNow ticketing system, emails, Teams chat, and calls. Monitor vendors' onboarding progress and engage with Business Owners to expedite the onboarding duration. Receive feedback from customers and channel this information to the appropriate areas. Review internal documentation while performing tasks to ensure accuracy and suggest corrections when needed. Participate in small continuous improvement tasks or projects. Collaborate with team members to address technical issues promptly and provide solutions with team support. Assist the VRM team in various activities as business needs arise. Candidates must be current students or recent graduates and eligible to work in Poland.
