Your Role: Within the Healthcare Division, the Global Development Operations is at the forefront of advancing scientific research and development. Working as one for patients, our team plays a critical role in bringing groundbreaking therapies to patients around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Scoping Lead to join our Vendor Scoping Management team. In this pivotal role, you will cooperate with project teams to manage scoping for Development and local/regional studies throughout the project lifecycle. You will directly collaborate with our service providers to ensure scope alignment and will analyze vendor budget requirements to aid study teams in obtaining timely governance approvals. As a member of the study team, you will work closely with functional experts, controlling, procurement and our contract services team considering global business objectives as well as the outsourcing strategy and the individual project needs. Who you are: min 7 years in Clinical Scoping, Outsourcing, or Analysis in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO. Adaptable and flexible with strong critical thinking and analytical skills Excellent communication and conflict management abilities. Degree in a scientific, or business discipline, or equivalent years of experience Customer-focused with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Proactive and self-motivating.
